This policy describes how Spark Medical LLC ("Spark") collects and uses information when you visit spark.med or submit a demo request. It does not govern protected health information processed under a Business Associate Agreement in clinical workflows.
Information we collect
- Business contact details you submit (name, work email, practice name, role)
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited via analytics
- UTM parameters and referrer URL when provided by your browser
How we use information
- Respond to demo requests and sales inquiries
- Improve the website and measure marketing performance
- Operate and secure our services
What we do not collect on this site
Do not submit patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, or other PHI through marketing forms. Clinical data is handled only under executed BAAs in production workflows.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics on spark.med. You may use browser controls or opt-out tools provided by Google to limit analytics collection.
