Built from inside the practice.
We built Spark because we were living this problem ourselves.
Spark wasn’t conceived in a software company looking for a healthcare use case. It started inside a medical practice.
We watched talented employees spend enormous amounts of time answering repetitive calls, moving information between systems, finding appointments, processing documents, checking eligibility, and chasing work that should have already been completed.
At the same time, physicians were being asked to see patients, manage inboxes, close care gaps, document accurately, and succeed in increasingly complex value-based care programs.
Adding another dashboard wasn’t the answer.
Hiring indefinitely wasn’t the answer.
And replacing people wasn’t the answer.
The answer was removing the work that shouldn’t require a person in the first place.
That became Spark.
A physician-led AI operating system designed around how medical practices actually work.
